God’s Providence

By: Ken Malone

Over the last five years, I’ve had three dreams in which the setting was a home we built in Providence AL. Cheryl, and I homesteaded the property. We cleared the property, drilled a well, put in septic, planted, built and raised our children there for a short time. Each one of our kids remembers this property. It was the fulfilling of Jeremiah 1:10 in the natural realm. We left that home in 1984 for full time ministry. Upon selling the home we never looked back until I started dreaming about this piece of property.

The First Dream

In 2018 I dreamed that we went back to Alabama and re-purchased the property from the current owner. The owner’s mom and dad were good friends when we lived in Alabama. They lived about a mile from us. We all helped to birth the Charismatic Renewal in the region. We also went to church together. I found it strange that I dreamed we had re-purchased the land and home. I mentioned the dream to my wife, Cheryl and she remarked, “That’s not a dream, that’s a nightmare.” Not that the land or home is a bad thing. Moving from Florida and leaving our kids and grandkids is a nightmare. Not only that, but we do not feel a call to Alabama.

I pondered this dream for some time, asking Yahweh why He had given me this dream. I could feel the wind of Holy Spirit’s on it, but I was missing something. Alabama is not on my radar, except to visit.

Second Dream

This dream comes on September 14, 2021, the day that Pastor Yonggi Cho, from Seoul South Korea went home to our Lord. I dreamed again about the property. In this dream, we own the home. Cindy Jacobs, and I are in the backyard. Cindy is prophesying to the prodigals and the emerging generation. She begins calling out the names of prodigals. She’s prophesying to many. One of the people she speaks about is one of my adult children. I’m on my knees with my face in the dirt travailing in prayer for my child and each name that Cindy calls out. Praying for a generation of prodigals, that are destined to return to our Father. As I continue to pray, Cindy continues to prophesy.

In the dream the travail is so intense that I am in physical pain. Groans and weeping can be seen and heard. It seems Cindy doesn’t see me in the deep throes of intercession. It’s as if I am alone in this war for the prodigals. I think if she stops prophesying maybe the intense travail will stop.

Children are born into the Kingdom through this type of intercession. (Isaiah 66:8)

I need help.

While praying, I cry out, “Can someone help me?” Nothing, no one comes to help. I cry again with a very loud and fierce voice, “Go get Dutch Sheets. I need his help.” Someone goes in the backdoor and Dutch comes out of my house and kneels beside me. Deep calling unto deep continues through intense intercession. I’m thinking he’s going to help me birth this movement of prodigals returning home. Dutch places his hand on my back and says very strongly, “Finish this, Ken.” (End)

After going back to sleep, I dream the same dream again. When I wake up from the dream, I’m weeping.

Why this dream? Why was it in Providence? I don’t understand.

In August of 2022, while visiting my mom, Cheryl and I drove by the house in Providence. Lord, are we are to move back to Alabama? As we drove by, Cheryl and I did not feel any pull towards returning. She emphatically said, “No, we are not to return.”

I muse about these two dreams. What’s going on here? What are you trying to show me?

In September 2021, while thinking of the dream, I felt Holy Spirit say, look at the definition of Providence. Here’s what I found.

  1. It’s a name that our forefathers gave to Yahweh, because of His divine care and direction to them.
  2. It also means to secure the future or plan for the future.

Now I know what Holy Spirit is saying to all of us. He desires that we secure the future of the generations through deep intercession with groans and travails for our prodigals.

Here it comes again. A Third Dream about Providence

On October 17, 2023, I awaken from yet another dream in which I am in our home in Providence AL. In this dream I’m sleeping in the master bedroom. I wake up and notice the room. It was just like we left it in 1984. A beautiful and crisp fall Alabama morning can be felt. After dressing for the day, I walk out of the front door with a cup of coffee and breathe in the fresh morning air. (End)

When I awaken from the dream, I said to Cheryl, “I had another dream last night.” She said, “Don’t say it.” She knew exactly what I was about to say before I said it. I told her anyway.

Here is some of my take aways from these dreams.

  1. My heart for the prodigals is very strong. I believe they are the first-fruits of awakening revival, that will be poured out on all the earth. Since 2017, I’ve been in birthing prayer for the prodigals.
  2. Through the re-purchase of the property in Providence, Holy Spirit is saying, “Secure the future.” It is now time to pray to the Lord of the Harvest and decree the return of our sons and daughters.
  3. I have a strong connection to the property and what I built there. No not the home but the well of prayer revival that is on the property. For the years that we were there, I daily dug a well of prayer revival in that country home. Anyone who lives there will feel the wind of Holy Spirit.
  4. Dutch didn’t help me pray. As an apostolic father he’s encouraging a son to finish what is conceived through Holy Spirit.
  5. In the third dream, I believe Holy Spirit is saying, “Rest in Me, I’m going to do this.”
  6. Any owner of this home will feel the stirring of Holy Spirit. I’m praying for the current owners.
  7. Holy Spirit is brooding over Alabama. I had a dream last year about Jefferson County Alabama. I wrote about it, and you can find it in this blog. To all the believers in Alabama, move into travailing prayer for the Lord’s harvest in your state. I’m praying for you and your state.
  8. It’s amazing that Yahweh had us buy property in 1977 and in 2023 He is speaking loudly about securing the future of our sons and daughters through the re-purchase of the homestead.
  9. It’s the time of the return of the prodigals. Once home they will not be identified as a prodigal but as sons.
  10. Let’s build a homestead with our sons and daughters.

Come on Home

Pray to the Lord of the Harvest that He would send laborers into the harvest field of the prodigals. Matthew 9:37-38 NASB, Then He said to His disciples, “The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few. Therefore beseech the Lord of the harvest to send out workers into His harvest.”

The song “Warrior,” by Mylon LeFevre is always in my heart. “Come on home to the Father, come on home to the Son. Come on home the battles over, Christ has won. Come on home.”

Pray for the prodigals. Ask Jesus to pray for your prodigals.

Wake Up Maggie

September 13, 2023

Word of the Lord over Maggie Valley NC, September 11, 2023

I have been processing this word for 3 days. Chery and I are in Maggie Valley, celebrating 50 years of marriage. We had planned to be in Yellowstone, but our Lord had other plans.

As we were driving into the region on September 11, I started seeing signs for Maggie Valley. I began to sing a song I remember from my teen years called, Maggie May. This song, a folk-rock tune was written and performed by Rod Stewart and is one of my favorites.

The song opens with the lyrics, “Wake up Maggie, I think I got something to say to you. It’s late September and I really should be back at school.”

A Suddenly

As I sang this song, The atmosphere in the car shifted and Holy Spirit began to fill me with a word from heaven. I heard Him say, “Wake Up Maggie Valley, I have something to say to you. In late September, I’m going to visit you.” I then began to see Holy Spirit moving in the mountains, valleys, and rivers of the region.

He went on to say, “Beginning in late September, I’m bringing a major shift to the region. and I will bring an awakening they’ve not seen before.” I saw many souls, repenting and making Yeshua Lord. I saw healings, Holy Spirit outpourings come to this area.

  1. It will no longer be known as a “Ghost Town,” Holy Spirit is filling the mountains and valleys with His Presence.
  2. The Valley will see a renewal of His Presence and Power. Watch as our Lord renews the region with life and power.
  3.  A renewal in the economy will occur as the heart of people turn to our Lord.
  4. Those who live in the mountains and valleys will see Holy Spirit break into their lives, homes, business, forests, and streams.
  5. Home meetings will be held, as hungry hearts cry out for more of God.
  6. Healings, both physical and spiritual, will touch the lives of thousands.
  7. Yahweh is releasing His vision for Maggie Valley.
  8. His angels are singing about this Valley.
  9. His word and vision must be birthed.

I’m calling for the intercessors, apostles, prophets, and pastors of this region in NC to intercede and travail for Maggie Valley.

I speak a father’s blessing over Maggie Valley. I say every word curse is broken. All forms of witchcraft are canceled. The poverty is broken over this region in Yeshua’s name. Lord, send Your angel armies to work in the area.

Florida-Arizona-Texas

In 2016 Holy Spirit began sharing with me about three states coming together for greater synergy, authority, and harvest. These states, Florida, Arizona and Texas, the Lord showed me, have a 3-Fold Cord of Redemption for America. I began to see the prayer warriors from each state joining forces for a greater synergy to further strengthen each state but also to make a greater impact together in our nation.

I began to see the sheep states coming together for war and harvest. Just like the tribes of Israel would come together to war for the greater good of a nation. In 1 Chronicles 12 we see the coming together of the nation of Israel, men of war, to make David King over all Israel.

1 Chronicles 12:38 NASB, All these, being men of war who could draw up in battle formation, came to Hebron with a perfect heart to make David king over all Israel; and all the rest also of Israel were of one mind to make David king.

This brooded in my spirit, awaiting confirmation to move forward.

In May of 2022, this confirmation came through a prophet from the UK, Tomi Arayomi. Tomi prophesied, “I just got a revelation right now Florida, Arizona and Texas … FAT. The Lord says, the fat of the land is within Florida, Arizona and Texas. There’s something that is getting ready to arise out of these three key states that the Lord is going to release his glory from Florida, Arizona and Texas. The fat of the land is coming.” (The entire prophecy is below.)

I believe Holy Spirit desires us to unite in a 3-Fold Cord Alliance to see Yeshua manifested in a greater way for America.

May 2022 Prophecy | Watch out for Florida, Arizona and Texas

Tomi Arayomi

Thank you all for tuning into this prophetic word today for Texas, Arizona and Florida. These three states have been highlighted to me significantly. And listen, I just got a revelation right now Florida, Arizona and Texas … FAT. The Lord says, the fat of the land is within Florida, Arizona and Texas. There’s something that is getting ready to arise out of these three key states that the Lord is going to release his glory from Florida, Arizona and Texas. The fat of the land is coming.

I just want to say, some of the things that the Lord has shared with me … I’ve shared it in previous prophecies. You can go back and look over. But this has been burning in my spirit for a while.

These are God’s three key states.

Texas

The Lord says, “Texas, get ready for a move. A move is coming and with this move, light and darkness will compete for the soul of the state. For I will make you a state of jealousy and a state others shall see as a mountain to be conquered for their own evil gain.”

For the eyes of the enemy are upon you, Texas, to make you a nation that has been redeemed back into a place of darkness. But the Lord will declare, I have already redeemed you. Texas, I no longer call you a state, I call you a nation. For how can we say that we are united states among those who are no longer united in the name that brought us together. For you are the remnant nation. From you, an eagle shall arise. From you, Oh Texas, one I have hidden shall come forth suddenly and they will say redemption has come.

For it will be the oil of Deborah arising and Texas shall see its hope and its future has been handed suddenly to a woman.

For Texas, you shall say, enough is enough. Texas shall be my remnant nation. And a frustration that is brewing shall rise to its full measure. Watch out says the Lord. Watch out Texas, for your enemy has come to you with great wrath and those who claim to be on your side are playing footsie under the table. I will uncover the table and I will expose what has been laying underneath. Yes, I will expose and uncover the planned discipleship of Texas away from me.

For your enemy has said, if we can take Texas, we can take America. Suddenly, you shall see it and shall shout, a conspiracy. Something is happening. Look what they are doing. Stop the counting. For you shall no longer allow it, says God. You will be decried as racist and bigoted, but I will not allow those that want to divide you to conquer and succeed. Look out for the Exodus, says the Lord. Not the exodus of Texas, but the exodus to Texas. For many shall flee and say, how Texas has become the refuge of the same.

Arizona.

Arizona, watch as I turn your sand into a red fire. Watch as I sing a new song over you. Watch as I turn the desert into a pool of blessing. And suddenly you shall see where the Eagles gather, that there shall be another river. Holiness shall birth something new, something brewing. The Phoenix is rising and with its wings there is a movement brewing.

  1. That will take back faulty prison systems.
  2. Take back schools and public education.
  3. Take back abortion laws that has led to the deaths of 1000s and millions.
  4. Take back what little oil and gas you have from your captures.
  5. Take back broken promises
  6. To native Indians and from Native Indian roots, I will rebuild broken down relationships. I will touch the hearts of Native leaders to release the good of the land and declare it sacred, but unto God and not until wolves and wild animals.

For this will be a day of the Arizona awakenings. For I will open its seven eyes and two only shall remain closed. For two shall be given over to the swamps. But seven eyes shot open in Arizona and it will see with a clarity that will turn hearts back to the Lord.

And by eyes, I really believe that the Spirit of God is speaking about some here in the UK, we break into I guess counties or regions something about regions that the Lord is opening up.

Florida

Finally, I hear the Lord say, Florida, a champion, has been anointed in the secret and shall arise out from you. And strange partnerships of bedfellows shall be forged, for you will be a land of consulting and I will turn you into a spearhead of change.

Florida shall go up first and the spirit of leadership shall suddenly spring forth from among its people. For from a grieving there shall be a rejoicing and from a flag half-mast shall be a new tall banner of hope. All Fun and teasing shall have a moment of ceasefire, then suddenly an oak shall arise from you. And from the discontent of a nation they will say, enough talks of racism, enough talks of critical race theory, enough talks of bigotry, enough talks of mandates. Give us back our freedoms.

Florida you shall be called by your friends, a state of freedom and you shall be called by your enemies, a state of fools, but I will call you a state of hidden leaders arising.

Actions that Activate Holy Spirit in Your Life

Eight things that activate the Holy Spirit in your life.

  1. FAITH—Shed the victim mentality and believe God for a miracle.  Speaking God’s word over you and your family will unlock the resources of heaven.  Heb. 11:1 & 6  (Read it.)  Rom. 10:17 & 8 (Reading required) Get active in God’s word.
  2. PRAYER—Talk to God like your talking to a friend.  The Lord loves to communicate with you.  This creates an avenue of intimacy with the Lord.  Don’t be religious-you don’t have to say everything right.  Just talk to him.  Matt. 6:9-14
  3. WORSHIP—When worship becomes a focus in your life it creates an atmosphere of His presence.  Open your mouth and begin to sing.  Sing unto the Lord a new song.  Psalm 22:3
  4. INTERCEDE—Taking up the cause of Christ in the earth puts you in a position of partnering with him.  Partner with him through intercession.  1 Tim. 1:1-3
  5. PRAY IN TONGUES—When you pray in tongues you edify your spirit and build up your faith.  If you don’t pray in tongues, ask Jesus to fill you with the Holy Spirit and speaking in tongues.  Acts 2:1-4; I Cor. 14:4; Jude 20  (Read it)
  6. FORGIVE—Forgiveness is not an emotion but an act of your will that can change your emotions.  If someone has wounded you begin to say, “I forgive (put in their name) in Jesus name.  Keep doing this every time satan brings up the offense.  John 20-23; Mark 11:25 (Read it)
  7. PROPHESY—Prophesy the word of the Lord over your life.  Prophesy His written word but also a word spoken to you.  Keep doing this until it comes to pass.  Isaiah 55:10-11
  8. WALK IN RIGHTEOUSNESS—Realize that Jesus bore your sin that you might be made righteous through Him.  Begin to declare that you are righteous because of Him.  2 Cor 5:21

These are a few but not all of the things that will activate the hand of God in your life.

Bullies-Bosses-Bait by: Ken Malone

Bullies—Bosses—Bait

By: Ken Malone

Almost everyone has had to deal with a bully. It can be your boss, a friend, a believer, or a leader. This also can be seen in marriage. An abusive husband, abusive wife, and sometimes abusive children. You expect this from the world but who would think that the church has bullies. As a young man in school, I had to deal with several bullies. In my lifetime, I’ve experienced bullies in the workplace, in school and in the congregation. Whenever it happened, I took the advice of my dad, which is to confront the bully alone. Bullies feel empowered by others, so do this alone. This one-on-one confrontation will sometimes neutralize the behavior of the bully.

You can see bullying, from those in the pew but far too often you see it in the leadership of the congregation. For those who are still suffering with wounds, from prior trauma, this can be really devastating because they’ve not invested in what’s needed to heal the trauma.

Many times, those being bullied will leave the relationship, marriage, church or workplace but the trauma will certainly manifest again because no healing has taken place.

My focus in this message is for you to see the bully, so you can deal with it properly and not be wounded.

Cheryl and I recently watched a movie, entitled “Joshua.” The story was about Joshua, (Jesus) who came to a town called Auburn. The first act he did was to begin repairing a small Baptist church building that had fallen. Many of the people in the area, were bewildered, because this stranger was restoring this fallen building. Some of the townspeople soon joined Joshua in the restoration of this place of worship. Our Lord is always restoring.

Soon Joshua, began healing the sick and raising the dead in this small town. In one of the local parishes an associate priest was drawn to Joshua and the work he was doing and began to help. However, his senior priest was skeptic of Joshua. The senior began to berate and put down his associate priest. He bullied him and Joshua with abusive words. Soon he brought Joshua up on charges that he was fake and took him before the cardinal in Rome. During conversation with the cardinal, the priest discredited Joshua (Jesus) calling him a fake. Joshua then said, “What are you afraid of?” The priest replied, “I am not afraid,” but Joshua said, “Yes you are. You’re afraid to LOVE.” Joshua then laid his hand on the priest’s chest and imparted an unconditional love to the priest. He immediately repented and said, “My Lord.” He was transformed. His love has a way of changing even the hardest of hearts.

It was a very moving scene; it really taught me the power of unconditional love. Joshua never stopped loving this abusive and controlling priest. Another way to say it, is our Lord pursued a relationship with him through the power of LOVE. Joshua (Jesus,) is in pursuit of the abused and the tyrant. He desires to impart His Love to everyone. Even those you feel don’t deserve His love.

Bullies in the church are like tares sown among the wheat. Look at what Jesus said. Matthew 13:24-28 TPT, Then Jesus taught them another parable: “Heaven’s kingdom can be compared to a farmer who planted good seed in his field. 25But when everyone was asleep, an enemy came and planted weeds among the wheat and ran away. 26When the wheat sprouted and bore grain, the weeds also appeared. 27So the farmer’s hired hands came to him and said, ‘Sir, wasn’t that good seed that you sowed in the field? Where did all these weeds come from?’ 28“He answered, ‘This has to be the work of an enemy!’

Sometimes bullies are being planted by the enemy to suck the life out of you, your family or church.

Paul also addressed bullies in Romans 13:17-18 NASB, Now I urge you, brethren, note those who cause divisions and offenses, contrary to the doctrine which you learned, and avoid them. 18For those who are such do not serve our Lord Jesus Christ, but their own belly, and by smooth words and flattering speech deceive the hearts of the simple.

Bullies are always causing offense. They enjoy doing it. They see you as weaker, so they treat you as prey. When they manage to run you off, or control you, they’ve accomplished exactly what satan desired. STAND YOUR GROUND.

Here are some forms of bullying to watch out for.

  1. Using one’s position or title to bully. This is known as tangible/material bullying. Using one’s formal power (i.e. title or position) or material leverage (i.e. financial, informational, or legal) as forms of intimidation, threat, harassment, and/or harm. In these scenarios, the bully uses his or her advantage in stature and/or resources to dominate and control the victim. A person with a title is NOT better or higher than you.
  2. Verbal Bullying. Threats; shaming; hostile teasing; insults; constant negative judgment and criticism; or racist, or sexist. This was the tactic the senior priest used in the movie.
  3. Passive Aggressive. This is a less frequently mentioned form of bullying, but in some ways it’s the most insidious. With many bullies, you can see them coming because they are quick to make their intimidating presence known. A passive-aggressive or covert bully, however, behaves appropriately on the surface, but takes you down with subtlety. Examples of passive-aggressive and covert bullying include negative gossip, negative joking at someone’s expense, sarcasm, condescending eye contact, facial expression or gestures, mimicking to ridicule, deliberately causing embarrassment and insecurity, the invisible treatment, social exclusion, isolation, and deliberately sabotaging someone’s well-being, happiness, and success.

Like Paul said, these types of traits cause division in the body of Christ. I have little tolerance for those who bully the body of Christ. I have seen it with members of a congregation. A long-standing member in the church sometimes will bully a new member, simply because they don’t like the person, or they do not want the dynamic of the church to grow or change. I’ve also seen it with ministers in pulpits who will bully someone who is very gifted. The minister feels intimidated because the new member’s gift may be stronger than theirs.

Personal Experiences

Many years back I pastored in central Florida. A minister who had been in the area previously, moved away and then moved back. This minister tried to bully me out of the pulpit. He exerted what he thought was authority against me. His tactics were flattery, intimidation, and gossip. When he was in my presence, he used flattery. However, he put me down to those who were a part of our fellowship and told them, “You are my sheep.” I confronted him alone. He then backed down, and left, never to return.

A few years ago, two ministers of different churches joined forces against me. The first thing they did was to call a friend and have lunch with him. They began to tell him why I shouldn’t be in the church and tried to turn him against me. They deployed a tactic that is commonly used by satan, ACCUSATION! After they had two lunch meetings with my friend, I called one of them and said, “I hear that you are meeting with my friend and saying things about me. So, I would like to have breakfast with you, so you can talk directly to me.” I took another friend with me. I was hoping for moral support. It was like meeting with your worst enemy, as each of them made accusation against me. I think my friend was intimidated as he never uttered a word. They sought to browbeat me and run me off.  I took a stand against their tactics. I said, “I am here to stay.” To one of the accusing pastor’s credit, he repented with tears flowing down his face. The other has yet to repent. I have forgiven both men.

I’ve also had church members try to intimate me by getting in my face, accusing, mocking, and telling me what they don’t like about me or that they want me to leave. Church members have attacked me, my wife, and my children.

When someone gets in your face, look into their eyes, never lose contact, smile and say, “I love you. I’m here to stay.” You just won a battle.

Intimidation is an evil tactic of the enemy. Stand your ground, be who Yahweh has called you to be, be where our Lord has planted you, and don’t give in to the lying emotions. Sometimes emotions are messengers of satan, sent to buffet you.

Myles Monroe said this about controlling leaders. “Defective leadership always attempts to use authority to control people.”

I have never understood how those who bully think this is a part of their job. The Kingdom of God is, RIGHTEOUSNESS, PEACE AND JOY IN THE HOLY GHOST.

The Bait

The goal of satan is to move you into offense. This is the bait of the forever loser. Your joy, faith, relationship with Christ is threatened when you accept the bait. Get bold, don’t buy into it. Decree over your life, what our Lord says about you. Decree who He is in you and watch the enemy leave.

Initiate Healing

Matthew 18:15-17 is the avenue to healing and reconciliation.

“Moreover, if your brother sins against you, go and tell him his fault between you and him alone. If he hears you, you have gained your brother. 16But if he will not hear, take with you one or two more, that ‘by the mouth of two or three witnesses every word may be established.’ 17And if he refuses to hear them, tell it to the church. But if he refuses even to hear the church, let him be to you like a heathen and a tax collector. (Note: Church–Ekklesia is a legislative body not the entire congregation.) The Ekklesia can consist of 2 to 10 people with the intent to reconcile the offended parties. Satan’s scheme is to try and shut you down.

Do this when you are bullied and abused.

  • Sing and keep singing—Enter into personal worship. Exalt our Lord as King. Turn the focus away from you and on to Him.
  • Pray–Is anyone among you suffering? Let him pray. Is anyone cheerful? Let him sing psalm. James 5:13
  • Pray and keep praying. If you have a heavenly prayer language, use it. I’ve personally used speaking in tongues on many occasions to defeat the enemy’s voice.
  • Decree Yahweh’s written word. Open your bible and confess what the word says about you and your relationship with Abba. Jesus used this strategy when He was warring against satan. (See Matthew 4:1-11)
  • Don’t spread gossip. Gossip is sin on the part of the abused. Wounded people will bleed all over anyone who will listen. Speaking negative about a brother or sister who has wounded you is also a form of bullying. Proverbs 17:9 He who covers a transgression seeks love, but he who repeats a matter separates friends.
  • Go to the bully and state your case. Follow Matthew 18:15-17 in the hope of reconciling. If necessary go through each step.

To the Offended. Remember, offense is the tool of the enemy to separate you from a relationship with Yahweh and others. Your welfare is completely dependent on you. You be the one to forgive. You seek healing and possible restoration with the bully.

To the Bully. If you are the bullying one, “what are you afraid of?” Repent, go to those you’ve hurt. Ask them to forgive you. Ask our Lord to impart His agape, unconditional love into your heart.
