Ken walks in a governmental apostolic mantle that releases the body of Christ into their destiny. He also ministers with a prophetic, seer anointing which enables him to identify activate and release redemptive gifts in individuals, churches and cities.

On December 3, 2022, while in Southaven MS, (Memphis region.) I was in intense warfare in the early morning hours.
Not wanting to wake, Cheryl, I got up and began to listen. I heard our Lord say very boldly, Maricopa, Maricopa, Maricopa, You shall have a Song in the Night.
I immediately knew in my spirit that Yahweh has a song of deliverance for the county and state.
Isaiah 30:29, And you will sing-as on the night you celebrate a holy festival, your hearts will rejoice as when people playing pipes go up to the mountain of the Lord, to the Rock of Israel.
Isaiah speaks of this song in Isaiah 30:30, The Lord will cause people to hear his majestic voice-and will make them see his arm coming down with raging anger and consuming fire, with cloudburst, thunderstorm and hail.
While much of the nation looks at Maricopa County AZ, in disbelief, Yahweh is looking at Maricopa County in Faith. He has spoken over that county and His word will not return void. It’s time to take a posture of worship and humility over the region. It’s the Karios season to bring forth songs of deliverance in night season. This new level of worship released in the county will bring forth the judgement of Yahweh on the enemy and the joy of deliverance for the people. The enemies grip will be broken.
The Spirit and the bride are crying out and saying, “Come.” Let the the “Thirsty Come.”
Let the worshippers come, the minstrels come, the dancers come. Go out during the night watches and release the Song of the Lord.
Awakening Revival in Coal Mining Towns of Jefferson County AL
Dream—Someone from Alabama sent me a newspaper article about the Wind of Holy Spirit bringing revival in the hills of several coal mining towns in Jefferson County Alabama. The name of the Newspaper was the Democrat Reporter, which is a newspaper from Marengo county, where Cheryl and I once lived. The article had a map of the coal mining towns ENE of Birmingham AL. It also told of the movement of Holy Spirit. This was not news of yesterday, but news to come for Mulga, Bayview and the surrounding area. I saw a map of the coal mining towns in the near Mulga, Alabama which is in Jefferson County. The area I saw is very familiar to me. Also on the map was the name Colma. Now Colma is not a town in the region but the name of my step-grandmother. Her name was right next to Mulga.
The article spoke of many souls coming to Jesus as the Holy Spirit brought conviction, of their need for Yeshua. The manifestation of Holy Spirit is sitting in this area of Jefferson County. Many healings and miracles reported and the oppressive atmosphere that sin produces, is gone. Many are being filled with Holy Spirit and speaking in tongues. One portion of the article talked about the great joy that is in the city. I thought about Philip in Acts 8:4-8. “Therefore those who were scattered went everywhere preaching the word. 5 Then Philip went down to the city of Samaria and preached Christ to them. 6 And the multitudes with one accord heeded the things spoken by Philip, hearing and seeing the miracles which he did. 7 For unclean spirits, crying with a loud voice, came out of many who were possessed; and many who were paralyzed and lame were healed. 8 And there was great joy in that city.”
I wept as I looked in my dream at the plans our Lord plans for the inhabitants of Mulga, Alabama. Good News for the region is what our Lord has planned for Mulga. 1 Corinthians 2:9-10 tells us that Yahweh reveals his plans. But as it is written: “Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, Nor have entered into the heart of man The things which God has prepared for those who love Him.” 10 But God has revealed them to us through His Spirit. For the Spirit searches all things, yes, the deep things of God.”
I know Mulga very well because it’s where my mother, Sylvia Vines Malone was raised. My grandfather, Edward Clanton Vines and my step grandmother Colma Vines were residents of the region for many decades. They lived right next to a railroad track and my my grandfather worked as a foreman on the railroad as a bridge builder. Every day he would walk a couple of miles to work.
My family went up from Demopolis to visit at least every other month. I have nothing but fond memories of the region. You could smell the steel mills of Bessemer and Ensley (Little Pittsburgh.) You could taste the iron ore in the water. Talk about ingesting heavy metals. I did it all the time. I ran and played in the hills of Mulga Alabama.
My grandparents were members of Village Falls Methodist. I was christened in this church. As a young child, going to this church was something I enjoyed. I was mesmerized by the presence of the Lord that were on these Methodists. The choir would sing the song, “All Hail the Power of Jesus Name” with such passion, I could feel Holy Spirit. They were also passionate when they sang the “Doxology*.” They also recited the “Apostles Creed*” every Sunday. I thought Jesus might walk through the door at any moment.
In the 70’s Holy Spirit dwelled among them in revival. A pastor came to this rural Methodist Church by the name of Stan Beason. Pastor Stan was a Spirit-filled believer who spoke in tongues, prophesied, and danced before our Lord. He had a handle bar mustache. Pastor Stan would dance before our Lord and twist his handle bar mustache and smile. He then would invite you to come down to the altar to dance in His Presence. Great joy was on the church, but there was also opposition from those who didn’t believe in Holy Spirit demonstration. At some point Pastor Stan was hired by Oral Roberts to be over prayer and counseling at the City of Faith in Tulsa OK.
I believe that the roots of revival are alive and well in Mulga. Please pray for the coal mining towns of the region.

“Here’s the last thing. The last thing I saw over this state is 12 intricately connected sections that were almost welded together. They looked like triangular structures representing territories. And this state (Florida) is made up of 12.
The Lord says:
There is a well—now this is in Florida—there is a well in all 12. There is a well that has not been uncovered. So, I say, My heavens are now positioned over you to create a disturbance.
You won’t have to fear the winds and the raging waters, but you will begin to see the land be penetrated. I say there are wells of REVIVAL in this state that are in no other state. And I say I AM activating from heaven this night, the breaking open of those wells, not the uncovering of those wells, but the breaking open of those wells.
I say to those in the place tonight, you have come strategically here to be release to find the well and watch ME visit that place and watch the water that has been stored bubble to the surface.
I say there will not be one move of My Spirit in this state, but there will be 12 interlocking dimensions of the next release of the baptism of waters upon this state. I say from this state a nation will be overcome by this spiritual force, and I say when you walk into these places, what has been blocked in you, that is not producing will be unblocked.

Confessions of a Storm Free Florida-Prayer Directives
Praying against this storm. When we pray against this storm, it’s important that we not call it in. Do not speak to it as if we own this or deserve this. It’s not enough for it to turn away from you and your area. It must leave Florida! Jesus has paid for the Freedom of Florida.
I personally have a conviction not to call any storm by the name that the National Hurricane Center has given it. David never called the giant that he faced by his name. He called him an uncircumcised Philistine.
My desire is to see it completely dissipate or weaken so much, that it’s just a shower of rain. Our Lord’s MERCY will prevail.
1. Florida dwells in the secret place of the Most High and abides under the shadow of the Almighty. Lord, You are a refuge and fortress, to Florida. In Him do we trust. (Psalm 91)
2. Father, Your Son paid the price to free Florida from sin, judgement and death. We embrace Your finished work and decree Florida forgiven.
3. Florida, you favored by my Lord. Yahweh you hand rests upon this state.
4. All grace abounds towards my state, Florida, and we have all sufficiency in all things. And God is able to make all grace abound toward you, that you, always having all sufficiency in all things, may have an abundance for every good work. 2 Corinthians 9:8
5. I proclaim a testimony of LIFE over Florida. Florida shall live and not die and declare the works of the Lord. (Psalm 118:17)
6. I decree Yahweh’s MERCY over our state. His mercy triumphs over judgement. (James 2:13) MERCY, MERCY, MERCY, MERCY, MERCY, MERCY, MERCY!
7. Florida lives in abundant Life promised to us by Jesus. His abundant life lives in Florida, and we embrace Life and not destruction.
8. Florida is an Overcomer. We overcome by the blood of the Lamb, the word of our testimony. We do not cling to our life but the life of Yahweh, even when faced with a storm.
9. Florida will fulfill all the destiny Abba has placed upon it.
10. Florida is in covenant with Yahweh. We are His people and our land is married to our Lord. (Isaiah 62:1-7)

Week One of the First Coast Prayer Assignment was successful. Many from the First Coast, state and nation, entered into worship and prayer for the first region of our nation. There were a couple of people from different states stopped in St Augustine while passing through to make the decrees in the first watch. I’m so thankful for all who have entered in.

While in a prayer meeting on September 9, 2022, in High Springs Florida, Holy Spirit took me in my vision to the First Coast of Florida. In the vision, I was positioned over the entire region from the Georgia line down to Flagler County. As I overlooked the First Coast, I could see that the atmosphere over the region was clear, inviting, and defining. It seemed to me the entire region was waiting for its destiny to be revealed. As I’m watching in this vision, I hear Holy Spirit say, “Tell the First Coast to take the First Watch to see revival and transformation come to the region.” It’s time! The hour of breakthrough and revival for the First Coast is here. It’s time for the revealing of the sons of God.
The First Watch, possesses the gates of time. The first watch is the entrance of time for the night watches. It’s crucial to possess the gates through worship and intercession. We own the night! The gates of a city can be physical entries to a city, but can also be government buildings, key leader’s offices, churches, businesses, the beach, etc. Next, go through the gates. Go to each gate within the entrance to your city and release prayer, worship, and intercession. Isaiah 62:10, Go through, go through the gates, clear the way for the people; Build up, build up the highway, remove the stones, lift up a standard over the peoples. Proclaim Psalm 24:7-10 TPT, So wake up, you living gateways! Lift up your heads, you doorways of eternity! Welcome the King of Glory, for he is about to come through you. 8 You ask, “Who is this King of Glory?” Yahweh, armed and ready for battle, Yahweh, invincible in every way! 9 So wake up, you living gateways, and rejoice! Fling wide, you eternal doors! Here he comes; the King of Glory is ready to come in. 10 You ask, “Who is this King of Glory?” He is Yahweh, armed and ready for battle, the Mighty One, the invincible commander of heaven’s hosts! Yes, He is the King of Glory!
A Watch of Thanksgiving
The First Watch is a time of entering His gates with Thanksgiving. The word of the Lord tells us we are to enter His gates with Thanksgiving and His courts with Praise. (Psalm 100:4) As you enter the First Watch, enter with a heart filled with Praise and Thanksgiving. Bring Him the sacrifice of praise. Hebrews 13:15, “Through Him then, let us continually offer up a sacrifice of praise to God, that is, the fruit of lips that give thanks to His name.”
Prayer Strategy for Week Two
Healing the Land. 2 Chronicles 7:14, “and My people who are called by My name humble themselves and pray and seek My face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, will forgive their sin and will heal their land.” There is a portion of this scripture that we have neglected to pray. That portion is—”and will heal their land.” Remind our Lord of this portion of His word. His promise to you says, that He will heal the land upon entering this covenant with Him. Yahweh has made you and I responsible for our land being healed.
Unity is a Key within the Kingdom. Psalm 133, “Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brothers to dwell together in unity! 2 It is like the precious oil upon the head, coming down upon the beard, Even Aaron’s beard, Coming down upon the edge of his robes. 3 It is like the dew of Hermon Coming down upon the mountains of Zion; For there the Lord commanded the blessing—life forever.” Ask our Lord to teach us how to dwell with one another. The results will be unity which releases the blessing. Proclaim heart unity between the pastors of the region. Decree heart unity between our brothers and sisters in Christ. Make decrees of UNITY over the First Coast. Proclaim, “the First Coast prepares the way for UNITY in Florida and the nation.
Prayer and Worship Drives—Prayer Walks. As you drive or walk through the region; worship, make decrees, forgive the iniquities, wounds, and hurts. Command healing over the region. In 2003 Cheryl and I made a drive across Florida on U.S. 1. It was called the U.S. 1 Liberty Prayer Tour. During the tour we proclaimed “Liberty throughout the land.” (Leviticus 25:10)
Decree the word of Yahweh over the region. Psalm 119:130 NKJV, “The entrance of Your words gives light; It gives understanding to the simple.” Proclaim Isaiah 53:5; Malachi 4:2; Joel 2:28-32. Decree any scripture Holy Spirit gives you. Let His word enter into the First Coast.
