Your Gift Can Be Doubled—A $50,000 Matching Challenge

Dear Friend,

Grace and peace to you in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.

For many years, the Lord has spoken to Cheryl and me about establishing Florida Prayer Mountain—a place dedicated to worship, prayer, healing, intercession, and encounters with His presence until the return of Jesus Christ.

Today, I am excited to share a wonderful opportunity.

A generous friend of Forerunner Ministries has pledged a $50,000 Matching Gift Challenge. Beginning July 13 and continuing through September 10, 2026, every gift you give will be matched, dollar for dollar, up to $50,000.

That means:

  • A gift of $100 becomes $200.
  • A gift of $500 becomes $1,000.
  • A gift of $1,000 becomes $2,000.

We are currently pursuing a 7-acre property in Mims, Florida, listed at $700,000. The property includes a home that will serve as the ministry hub for Florida Prayer Mountain.

From this property, we will establish:

  • A Prayer Mountain devoted to worship and intercession.
  • A Place of Miracles where people can pray and encounter the presence of Jesus.
  • A center to train intercessors and leaders.
  • A place of prayer that will serve generations until Christ returns.

Our commitment has been to move forward without incurring debt, trusting the Lord to provide through His people.

Habakkuk 2:2–3 reminds us:

“Write the vision and make it plain… For the vision is yet for an appointed time… Though it tarries, wait for it; for it will surely come.”

We believe this is that appointed time.

Prophesy/Decree to Mims Florida

A Proclamation to Mims (MEM)

The prophetic word and decree to the territory of Florida, called Mims. As your name has the same phonetic sound of the Hebrew letter Mem. Today, we call you to your prophetic destiny as a territory.

Whereas you are on U.S. 1, the Kings Highway, the Freedom Highway, the Highway of Holiness, Yahweh’s Foundational Highway,

Whereas you are the northernmost gate of Brevard County Florida,

Whereas Mims (Mem), your prophetic destiny is being revealed,

Whereas Mem מ in the Hebrew means water, flow, life, revelation, the word of Yahweh, the womb bringing forth life,

Whereas Mem is connected to the number 40, meaning judgment.” We say that Yahweh is ruling in favor of the land called Mims and the Ekklesia. Daniel 7:27, Then the kingdom and dominion, and the greatness of the kingdoms under the whole heaven, shall be given to the people, the saints of the Most High. His kingdom is an everlasting kingdom, and all dominions shall serve and obey Him.”

Whereas 40 also means transformation,

Whereas the Hebrew word Mashach (Anointing) begins with the letter Mem,

Whereas Mem is found in Isaiah 9:7, There will be no end to the increase of His government 

We decree that you Mims (Mem),

Is one who carries the flow of the Spirit.

We proclaim that you are a communicator of revelation and wisdom.

We declare that you are called to bring life and times of refreshing to the people of Florida and beyond.

We decree that you, Mims (Mem), are a covenantal gateway for Yahweh in the earth.

Mem is found in Genesis 1:2, the Spirit of God was hovering over the surface of the waters. We decree, Lord Saboath, you are moving over the face of Mims, Florida.

We proclaim that what has been hidden in your womb is coming to birth now,

We declare that you carry authority in the Spirit and natural realms.

Mims (Mem) you bind what you see the Lord has bound in heaven. You loose what you see the Lord has loosed in Heaven.

I prophesy to you this day in the area called Mims (Mem) that you are a house of prayer for all nations. Isaiah 56:7 TPT, “I will welcome you into my holy mountain and make you joyful in my house of prayer. I will accept every sacrifice and offering that you place on my altar, for my house of worship will be known as a house of prayer for all people.”

We say every believer of Yeshua is invited to come from all regions to pray and worship the Lord.

We declare that you carry the breaker (mashach) anointing for the state of Florida.

We declare that you have a governmental mantle and you rule over the state of Florida and the nation.

Isaiah 2:2-3,  Now it will come about that in the last days the mountain of the house of the Lord will be established as the chief of the mountains and will be raised above the hills; and all the nations will stream to it. 3 And many peoples will come and say, “Come, let’s go up to the mountain of the Lord,
To the house of the God of Jacob, so that He may teach us about His ways,
And that we may walk in His paths.”

We proclaim this day that many will come from far and wide to enter into the presence of the Lord.

Decree Against Every Spirit Opposing the Prophetic Voice of the Lord, authored by Ken Malone.

Jeremiah 1:10

“See, I have this day set you over the nations and over the kingdoms, to root out and to pull down, to destroy and to throw down, to build and to plant.” — NKJV

Father, in the mighty name of Yeshua, we stand as Your Ekklesia under the authority of Heaven. According to Jeremiah 1:10, You have placed Your Word in our mouths and have commissioned us to root out, pull down, destroy, overthrow, build, and plant according to Your divine purpose.

Today we decree that every demonic power resisting the prophetic voice of the Lord is being exposed, dismantled, and removed.

We take authority over the spirit of Pythos—the spirit of divination, confusion, counterfeit revelation, intimidation, and manipulation. We decree that every python spirit attempting to constrict prayer, suffocate our worship, silence the prophetic utterance, and choke the breath of Holy Spirit is broken now in Jesus’ name. We command every coil of oppression to loose God’s people. We decree freedom of decrees, freedom of prophecy, and freedom of intercession over the Ekklesia.

We take authority over the spirit of Jezebel—every spirit seeking to control, seduce, intimidate, manipulate, corrupt, and silence the true prophets of the Lord. We decree that Jezebel’s table is overturned and her false authority is cast down. Every assignment against prophetic purity, holiness, and boldness is canceled. We decree that the prophets of the Lord will not retreat in fear, compromise, or exhaustion. The voice of intimidation is broken, and the fearless roar of the Lion of Judah is rising in the land.

We take authority over the spirit of Belial—the spirit of lawlessness, rebellion, worthlessness, mixture, and covenant-breaking. We decree that every structure built on darkness, deception, greed, corruption, and antichrist influence is being uprooted. We declare that Belial will not defile the altar, corrupt leadership, or weaken the resolve of God’s people. The fear of the Lord is returning to the house of God.

Father, according to Jeremiah 1:10:

  • We root out every demonic planting opposing Your prophetic word.
  • We pull down strongholds resisting revival and awakening.
  • We destroy demonic altars raised against the purposes of God.
  • We throw down systems of darkness that exalt themselves above the knowledge of Christ.
  • We build righteous foundations of truth, holiness, and justice.
  • We plant revival, awakening, healing, deliverance, and reformation throughout the land.

We decree that the prophetic voice of the Lord is unlocking across Florida and across the nations. Wells of revelation are opening. Dreams, visions, prophecy, discernment, and heavenly encounters are increasing. The mouths of Your sons and daughters are being filled with living fire from Heaven.

We decree Acts 2:17–18:
“I will pour out of My Spirit on all flesh; your sons and your daughters shall prophesy.”

We declare:

  • The watchmen are awakening.
  • The intercessors are arising.
  • The seers are seeing clearly.
  • The prophets are speaking boldly.
  • The Ekklesia is legislating from Heaven.

Let the Word of the Lord be heard through cities, regions, and nations. Let the heavens open over Your people. Let every silencing spirit be broken. Let every counterfeit voice be exposed. Let the pure prophetic river flow once again.

We decree that the voice of the Lord will not be quenched, buried, mocked, or restrained. The testimony of Jesus—the spirit of prophecy—is arising with power and purity.

Yahweh, place Your words in our mouths and make us a prophetic people who demonstrate Your authority and power in the earth.

And the Lord says, “Son, I have three main things for you to fulfill in your lifetime. Two of them you have very well accomplished, but the third one is about to be revealed, activated, and instigated within you. You’ve sensed it, you’ve felt it, but you couldn’t put a name to it, but you’ll be able to put a name to it, knowing what it is, what is your real part to play, and what to do. The Lord says, it’s gonna affect my church, it’s gonna finalize my church, and bring my church to the maturity that I want it. So I charge you right now with the spirit of wisdom and revelation to come into this new dimension, this new realm, this new area that I have for you. And your wife’s gonna have a keyword for you that’ll 3give you an indication of where, when, and what. But the Lord says, son, I’m with you for your purpose and destiny that I put within you to help my church come to completion and to demonstrate my glory and to demonstrate my power. From this day forward, you’re a demonstrator more than a talker. You’re a doer more than a thinker. And you’re gonna see everything accomplished by my word and by my will. And Lord, I charge him with the double miracles, double miracles, God, just that flow of the Spirit come as easy as you did it, Lord. Rise up in him and be the miracle worker in Jesus’ name. Amen. Word from Bishops Tom and Jane Hamon March 8, 2026

Bishop Tom–I just heard the word shock, and awe, I felt like the shock was gonna be to the system. It’s gonna be a shock to the religious system, shock to the political system, what it shocks them out of apathy, complacency, religious spirits, but also shocks them back to life, as you do with a cardiac patient, into almost the fear of the Lord and the reverential understanding of who He is. That’s gonna bring people back to divine alignment with Him and that like that being a big thing that changes, have changed lands in times gone by. You gonna be a territorial breaker in lands where there’s been things there, systems in play, in place that nobody thought could ever change. And you’re gonna bring the shock, and oh, it’s gonna happen like, wow, how could that much happen in this short of a time? Well, that’s redeeming the time because you’ve asked Him for it and because you’re talking to Him. Amen, thank you. Amen.

Bishop Jane–And you know me, I’m always gonna give you work, but I do feel like there is gonna be a key trip to DC this year that’s gonna be to release what you released here today about the midterms. And I feel like, I feel like you’ll, you’ll know when the time is right and you won’t go alone. I kind of felt like you’d be something with Dutch there, but that’s just because I think of you and Dutch together a lot, but I know that God puts you on those assignments together. But I feel like it is important for you to go and decree what you decree here today and get in on the ground in DC and see that, see that reverse.
